1. Shipping Methods and Costs
1.1 Standard Shipping (Ground)
•Cost: Free on all orders.
•Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
•Service Area: Available for all U.S. addresses.
1.2 Expedited Shipping (2nd Day)
•Cost: $20 per order.
•Delivery Time: 2 business days.
•Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday to qualify for 2-day delivery.
1.3 Overnight Shipping
•Cost: $35 per order.
•Delivery Time: Next business day.
•Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday for next-day delivery.
2. Order Processing Times
2.1 Same-Day Processing
•Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
•Orders placed after 12:00 pm (Pacific Time), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
2.2 Shipping Confirmation
•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
•You can track your order directly from the “My Orders” section of your account.

3.1 P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
•We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

•At this time, Empire Styles only offers shipping within the United States.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
4.1 Lost Packages

•If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will process a return or exchange based on your preference.

•A signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $500 to ensure secure delivery.
6. Same-Day Delivery (Local Only)
6.1 Availability
•Same-day delivery may be available for customers in close proximity to our warehouse in Burrton, KS.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
